Private messages.

Private messaging is planned as a direct conversation between accounts. Message contents are a poor fit for a public blockchain because public networks do not provide confidentiality. The proposed design keeps message bodies off-chain.

End-to-end encryption is not claimed. If it is added later, the documentation should describe the actual protocol rather than a slogan.
